There is nothing we want more than for you to love the services you receive at Curl Evolution. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know promptly so that we may correct it to your satisfaction. info@curlevolution.com

Appointments with our stylists

Please book appointments around your time schedule rather than ours. We invite you to try any of our experienced staff, particularly if you would like a fresh viewpoint or feel better served by another stylist.

Please know the way we view this may be a bit unique. Collectively our salon works as a team and we encourage you to explore different styling options, obtain different viewpoints and learn new techniques by trying different stylists.

Children’s Hair Appointments

We welcome children by appointment only. In addition to preserving the serenity of our salon this policy enables you to provide proper supervision within the salon. Please see our Specials Page for price breaks on children’s haircuts under 12 years of age.

Preparing for your appointment

Curly Girls arriving for their first appointment should wear their hair down, dry and styled as you wear it on a typical day. Please allow 90-150 minutes for your First Time Curly Cut.

We do our best to protect clothing but encourage all clients to wear a salon provided gown and protective smock when receiving chemical services (i.e. color, smoothing treatments, etc.).

Cancellations

Curl Evolution has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should a cancellation or date change become necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. This policy ensures that we are able to fill our appointment times and that clients on the waiting list have an opportunity to be seen.

Credit card numbers are required upon booking to hold your appointment.

Cancellations done the same day as the appointment are considered no shows and will be charged 50% of the cost of the service..
