Detangling Policy

Each cut or color appointment includes up to 15 minutes of detangling.

Additional detangling time is charged at $25 per 15-minute increment.

If extensive detangling is required, additional time may need to be scheduled, your service may be modified, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays happen.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

If a reschedule is necessary, applicable cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or significantly modified with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Same-Day Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Appointments rescheduled on the same day or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

As a one-time courtesy, the first same-day reschedule may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment.

Additional same-day reschedules or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the appointment payment and may require a deposit to reserve future appointments.

Consultation & Result Approval

Your stylist will review the final result with you before you leave the salon to ensure it aligns with the consultation and your goals.

Any concerns should be communicated during your appointment whenever possible so they can be addressed immediately. Once you leave the salon, any concerns regarding the service must be communicated within the timeframe outlined in our Service Adjustment Policy.

Service Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your haircut or service, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment.

Complimentary adjustments are available when they relate to the original consultation and service performed. Adjustment appointments are intended to refine or correct the original service and should be completed with the original service provider whenever possible.

Requests for a different style, additional services, significant changes from the original consultation, or concerns reported after 14 days will be considered a new appointment and charged accordingly.

First Visit & Appointment Preparation

For the best results, please arrive with your hair worn down, dry, and reasonably detangled unless otherwise instructed.

Hair that is heavily tangled, in braids, extensions, or styles requiring significant preparation may incur additional detangling charges or service modifications.

Children & Additional Guests

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that only individuals receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

If phones, tablets, or other electronic devices are used during your visit, we kindly request that headphones be worn.

Retail Product Exchanges

We want you to love your products. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
